I’m happy to share that everything is up and running smoothly at the property! While we’ve experienced some cooler temperatures recently, which has presented a temporary challenge for parts of our landscaping, we’re already seeing it bounce back nicely. This year, we’re focusing on several thoughtful improvements, including replacing king mattresses in the units and completing other small enhancement projects to continue elevating the guest experience.

As discussed in our annual meeting, we are also prioritizing the full recovery and funding of our reserve accounts following last year’s storm-related expenses.
