I hope this update finds everyone well. Our gulf side area is starting to take shape. If you have been watching the beach cam lately then you saw the amazing work that a few guys did on the new chickee hut. It is amazing to watch these guys work and how easy they make it look. It is still green but I’m sure by the time everything is finished it will be brown. Electricity and gas have been ran by it for the grills and fans and lights for it.

I’m happy to share that everything is up and running smoothly at the property! While we’ve experienced some cooler temperatures recently, which has presented a temporary challenge for parts of our landscaping, we’re already seeing it bounce back nicely.
