Greetings all: (11/28/2023)
We are finally seeing some progress at the gulf side pool area. Both the pool and the hot tub have been emptied and they are grading all the area so they can start putting all the electrical runs in for all the things like tiki hut, grills lights, etc.
I am putting pictures under the BLOG area in the website so please visit that area so you can see.
I tried positioning the beach web cam so everyone can see the real time work going on at the pool area, so take a look. The camera location will only allow to see construction going on the right side (looking from the building out to the Gulf) of the pool deck area. I hope everyone can appreciate the view of both the beach and construction.
At this point our target time of completion looks like mid-May to end of June 2024.
Your unit’s furniture is scheduled to be delivered around the middle of December and that time frame is on target at this point. This is for the living room area and dining room table not the chairs. Once we have a firm schedule, we will share it with everyone.
The boats are being addressed as well. Once was badly damaged and most likely will have to be replaced. The other is being serviced in order to be operational again.
